speeding...his word against mine...no radar he said he was behind me and knew i was going 40 in a 25 befor the 40 sign...funny thing was i knew he was back there the whole time and watched my speed

Notorious Corvallis cops. They're also so bitchen that they can radar from the side. When challenged and told that a "red shift" was all he could prove, he got me on a license plate light.
That doesn't help you, though.
If you don't have any priors for VBR, act as your own counsel and contest it. Chances are good the judge has heard a complaint like this before from this cop, or maybe you'll luck out and he's a rookie.
