hey
when the cars in gear and running my trans fluid is spilling and i think it maybe because of this seal thats hanging out.. the other side seal is all the way in. is this the problem you guys think or no? and if it is how do i push it back in? thanks
also is this the transaxle on the other side of the seal? connected to transmission or no? thanks

remove axle, remove flange, replace with a new seal.

which is the flange and how hard of a job would this be? any speacial tools?
how hard of a job is this?
