My friend recently purchased a MK1 TT 180hp. I've been troubleshooting some AC/coolant fan issues. I replaced the fan control module which seemed to fix all issues. A week later and AC and fans stopped again. I checked the fuse box on top of the battery. There are no blown fuses and everything appears to be tightened down. When I gave it a little wiggle, poof everything's back. One of the wires (alternator?) is getting very hot. Any ideas?
