Im trying to set my A/F mix on my car. I have the harness from TT hooked up correctly and its not reading where it should. When i start the car cold it will read 4-5 ma, as the car warms up it goes to 16.5ma and will float right around there. When i adjust the screw the reading stays in the same range. I hooked up an o2 tester that i have at the same time and the o2 sensor reads like it is working. The tester allows me to send a rich or lean signal to the ecu. when i send a lean signal I can lower the reading down to 5ma and even lower. When i stop sending the lean signal to the ecu the reading will return to the 16.5ma range.
The ECU is also throwing code 2342
I have a TT chip, could it be throughing the reading off?
Could my DPR be bad?
Thanks for any help.

possible vaccuum leak could cause your problem as well.....

The potentiometer (the part your trying to adjust with the harness) could be bad. If i'm not mistaken, if its gone bad, it wont adjust.
I could be wrong. Someone correct me if I am.

2342 Oxygen sensor control; check wire, check sensor.

I know its not the wiring because i can send a rich or lean signal from the o2 sensor connector with a tester I have and it will change the reading from the DPR. The sensor is newer so im going to assume its a vacuum leak and start looking.

So are you "assuming" the sensor is good because it's newer? Only asking because of the code it threw. Let us know what you find. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
