Does anybody know where I can see the TSB's at? Are they online or is it something you can get from the service dept of a VW dealership?

TSBs are here. FREE. also note that this website provides for making complaints to NHTSA. which starts the ball on recalls (worst case) or simply getting them to issue TSB and address problem.

This site still works. Back up one level to find service circulars and two levels to find Audi information.
This is an important resource for all VW owners.
