It's just a bolt up affair. the Forge SMIC's are just a bit larger than stock but are all metal, not plastic end tanks like stock, and flow much better and offer better efficiency. For the best IC efficiency you need to think about two things. First, try to minimize the IC systems length. By minimizing the distance the charge air has to travel to get to the intake manifold, you decrease the PSI drop - this is the dual setups strength over FMIC solutions. Secondly, you need to get the most air through that IC. It's a heat exchanger and it's efficiency has much to do with how much surface area is in contact with the moving air - and this is where the FMIC solutions shine. Another good idea would be to tap in the TT vent mods on both sides if you do the dual IC mod - this would help by getting ready of heated air right behind the SMIC's.
