the neuspeed is only $179 USD.
I think the ABD is $150 (don't quote me on that)
This months issue of European Car magazine had the neuspeed as one of its "pics"
for best mods of 2001. They said it was the best out.
I'm getting the neuspeed installed this weekend.

My $.02:
The ABD lower intercooler pipe is a piece of crap. As I discovered, it does not fit at all. This unit was returned. However, I have been nothing but happy with ABD's turbo inlet pipe. Went on without a problem and performs great.

Sounds like highway robbery to me. I wouldn't pay more than $100-125 for such a small and easy to make part. In fact, some of you guys making DPs and exhausts should really think about making a turbo inlet pipe that isn't such a rip off. Maybe a ceramic coated one?

Never one to be a total ass, I found a nice pic of it. It DOES look nice, being a cast part that indeed looks like it came from the factory but, it is still a rip off. I wouldn't pay more than like $125.

the piece from abd that I have on my car looks like it was mandrel bent. I think it might flow air better than the Neuspeed pipe..Plus it is 150-179 bucks.....so I like the money savings.....and I did not car about factory looking piece....Why put on a factory looking piece now....I already have so many nonfactory looking pieces...

One reason I got the neuspeed one was because I heard some stories about fitment problems and not once did I hear a problem fitting the Neuspeed pipe. So I found a place that charged me 180 and went with it.
I might be paying for a little more, but I don't want to pull my intake only to put it back again because the ABD didn't fit. Do it once, pay a little more(not too much more either) and move on to the next mod.
