i'd like to know this also, or if the 2.0t kits like stage 3 or even k04 will bolt up? (obviously software would be different)

you'd likely need a tune to take full advantage of it.
Uni has a tune for the mqb 1.8T platform using a 2.0T GTI/A3 IS20 turbo upgrade that pushes 301hp/310tq. Nothing yet for the non-mqbs like the mk6 Jetta 1.8T.
