Hello, I sometime hear my turbo whistle higher and lower instantly when idling.
I also got a low boost issue. I also checked and there was no rust in my wastgate.
I got no boost leak and brand new diverter valve

Could it be a vacuum leak or n75?

Vaccum leak. N75 valves never really fail

ive had the wastegate actuator break before. when the engine is cold, grab the rod that controls the wastegate and see if you can wiggle it back and forth. it should not be able to move freely at all.
