Turn left = squeek ???

Hey guys so I have a new problem with my mk4 gti 1.8t.. it started a couple months ago when I turned left, and only left it would scream a loud squeek which seemed to be coming from the front right wheel... Now the problem has gotten worse and it happens when i turn left, accelerate, and hit bumps a certain way.. I have a bilstein cup kit that is kinda old so could this be the struts or springs wearing out or what? And how would that explain the squeeks while turning left???
