I'll bet a nickel it's the fuel pump housing, not the fuel tank.

Duct tape is not pressure rated, and definitely does not stand up to fuel well. If the leak is in the engine bay, you are playing with fire (potentially). Tell us where the leak is, and we can give you better suggestions. Injector? Cold start valve? Fuel distributor? DPR? Accumulator? Fuel line to pump main?
You might be able to fix it yourself and save yourself the dealership cost.

lol next to the furl pump housing. i've been outside working on it, and i made a new hose for the leaking one. hose between the fuel filter and the acummulator. ya that took a while.
btw i could fix the probelm myself but i don't have the right tools for it. and it's totaly rusted out the bolts and brackets and everything eles so i don't wanna deal with it. i'm gettin to angry with it. i was just going to buy the parts and have the dealer put them in.
