That's the sound I made last night when I got in my car after a wonderful night of bowling at the local lanes. I start her up and put her in gear and go to reverse, when I should have been reversing in what would be yet another amazing drive in the GTI, instead I experienced the most horrible sound evar! Clank Clank CLUNK followed by random scarping sounds and a lot of screaming. And thusly:
ANOTHER BROKEN AXLE!
This is getting old. I keep an eye on my boots, only lowered the car by about 20MM, and yet I still break these darn axles!!! Last time it was the driver's side, now I done gone and broke the passenger side. Maybe it's time for some upgraded axles??
