Depends on what you have under the hood.
Upsolute chip (not cam specific), DSR 256 cams, AEM, 2.5in catback (custom w/Remus muffler), and a bad MAF I got a top speed of 155MPH at a dyno.

Does a dyno factor in wind resistance (drag liimited top speed) or is it just a measurement of redline?

wihtout chip, top speed =135 (actually think govern kicks in at like 133 or somethign lke that, know from expericenc)
chipped , top speed = about 155
