well... i emailed them yesterday for an update and they got back to me today! (amazing..) anyways... they said they will get them on the 25th of this month and ship them out. finally. hope they stick to this date this time..

AND I spoke to them again also

and they said this time they had a sample sill sent to them before the production was started to make sure it was what we / they wanted so it didn't happen again.
