Update on Illuminated Shift knob

Production of the demo shift knob is in the process of being made. It should be done in 2-3 weeks. There will be 2 different available shift knobs. Red or Blue lighting. Pictures and specs of the knob will be made as soon as we receive the knob.

If I may so interrupt. I don't have to worry about this since I have an automatic,

. But anyone wishing to keep the original idea of the VW color scheme in tact should opt for the RED version.
The thinking behind the blue/red color sheme was that display is blue and action indicators (i.e. buttons, knobs..etc) are red. I think the shift knob is most definitately an action indicator.

Very nice, I think that blue would be cool, because it would sorta wrap up the whole dash.

This is just an idea but wouldn't it be cool if the gear you were in lit up blue? Like when you shifted N TO 1 the 1 turned from red to blue?...Just an idea..I think it's cool

also, the red has a better chance of matching than the blue, for some reason that blue is hard to match just rite

The blue is hard to match, as my stereo is a different colour than my climatronic.
