I have the opportunity to buy some TT 6 spokes for a great price, but I just found out they are 5x100 et32 when all along i thought they were et35 and would fit no problem.
My question is whether these will fit or not... Not sure if this matters, but I'm on stock rims right now (205/50R15, unsure of offset) and lowered 1.5" on H&R sports.

Re: Urgent: Will et32 work with my Mk3 GTI VR6? (bobby_t1)

I think they would fit fine. They'll be moving outward (3mm more than an ET35). I think stock on the VR6 15" is 43mm........but they REALLY tuck in my opinion. A wider stance looks much tougher
That is, as long as they don't stick out way past the fender.
The only question is what width are they, and what tires would be run, as the only thing I can think of, is issues with rubbing in the front (in sharp turns).
I'm gonna be running 16x7", with 35mm offset in front, and a whopping 22mm in the rear. I still think that with 205/45 tires, they'll not stick out

So what's the size of these rims? 16x?

They are TT 6 spokes.. 17x7.5 et32. I'm lowered 1.5" and ppl are saying I should have no problems.. they are even recommending I go with 5mm spacers on the rear to bring em out further.

Since they're 17's, you should be fine. As for spacers in the back, it'd only be for aesthetics, but why not

I'd probably try it without, first, just to see if they were really necessary.

Well actually i'm convinced the et32 will be fine.. but now I'm actually considering going to 215/40/17's... now I'm worried it'll rub
