Best bet, go to a wrecker and look for something off a similar model.
and vibrations..ummm, doubt its the axles, they never fail. i'd look into the wheel bearings because they always fail.
Vac hoses are still sold by the meter at dealerships. Reasonably expensive. You can use any kind of tube as long as it is rigid enough not to cave in upon suction.
Have you had your wheels aligned? Could lbe alignment, wheel balancing. That's my guess of most-likely.
Re: vac hoses (St1rno1)

alignment just determines tire wear. and wheel balancing...forgot about that.
although if they tires where out of balance it wouldnt matter which direction you were going. So i stick with a more mechanical problem

I bought 15 feet of vacuum hose at my local auto parts store for less than $5. Just bring in one of the hoses so you get the right inside diameter. As for the wheel balancing, I agree with Jezztor. I had a similar problem and it went away when I rotated my fronts to the rears. Always check the most simple shiit first. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

If you have crazy toe angles, you're going to have one wheel pointing inwards while the other is straight, that is going to great a vibration for sure, if not wheel hop at higher speeds. When turning to only one side, that wheel can give crazy vibration for sure. My money is still on my original two.

Never worked on powersteering but I am 99.89% sure it is not that. I don't see why the shock or strut would cause a vibration if they at least looked like they're intact. Check the bushing on top your suspension towers to see if they're not totally stuffed. Take the caps off them and turn your wheel each way when you're parked, and note their relative "raise". That could be a good indicator too.

Re: vac hoses (Jezztor)

thanks, so i should check the alignment, wheel balancing. what about bearings or cv joints. the cv joints are brand new on that side.
