Vacuum Servo for Air Circulation Wanted No Longer - Found One

I need the Vacuum Servo that operated the blender door for defrost and footwell. It is marked number 1 on the parts diagram, but no part number is shown in the listings. In the phots, it is shown with the nipple for the vacuum hose snapped off, which is why I need a new one for my 1992 Eurovan CV, 2.5 gas, MT.
