VAG-COM Adapter Cable

Might anyone know where i could find instructions on how to build my own VAG-COM cable. I need it to connect to a computer COM port. OR if you know where i could buy one really cheap that is good too.
Sorry for posting here but there is no place to put it in the technical section!
