If you think people at shows are going to be able to figure out that you have eurospec Vento lighting, you are sadly mistaken. Most people cannot tell the difference. And with the massive improvement in lighting you will get, you should make the time to mess with the lights to install them.
Do a search on installing Mk4s or Dual round headlights, all the installation is the same.

I installed a set of MK4 look lights on my friends golf. They are not the same install. They are close, but not the same. Anyway these are the clear Hella vento lights. I'm still lookin gor pics of installs, mainly the brackets.

Before going through the trouble of fabricating brackets (as there is not a mounting kit available unless you bought from a company which supplied their their own fabricated bracket system), first make sure you have theb LHD lights. There are a bunch of RHD lights floating around. Looking at the light there should be arrows in the corner of the lens. Looking at the light head on the arrow should point to your left. If so start fabricating brackets...if they point to the right...don't bother and put the lights in the attic as they are pretty much worthless.

actually they are identical in install
ive had many many different sets of lights
the only ones, so far, that i found to be different were the pzwo's

By any chance does Jason have the smoked lights form In-Pro? If so you are right...the arrows are not a good indicator. On the clear Hella lights the arrows seem to be pretty accurate. Whenever I read of someone with Vento lights without a mounting kit the RHD lights come to mind as I'm sure there are many sets that people are trying to get rid of especially when the price is around $200.

Yeah I think these are RHD. I just checked the place I got them at. The price went down to about 80 for a set. I'm just going to return them, I shouldn't have a problem seeing how they aren't the right lights which is fraud. Unless there is anyone that wants RHD lights for $200.
