VF Supercharger question??

Me and my friend were just thinking... Would there be any way to run the supercharger by its "own" oil? Like make a whole seperate oil resevor so that it runs off of its own oil and not all the black dirty engine oil? I don't know how much of a difference it would make but would it work? Just a thought, I don't even have a supercharger or anything but just curious what you guys think? TIA

I would think that you would run into a heat problem since the oil that goes thru the motor also goes thru the oil cooler PLUS has a chance to cool down while traveling in the lines to and from the charger...
Just a guess b/c I don't know too much about this stuff either.
