Audi of America is as serious as a heart attack when it comes to social media. We'd published ahead of last weeks North American International Auto Show in Detroit that we'd be joining other online bloggers from Speed:Sport:Life and Quattroworld.com as well as Audi's own social media team in helping to cover the Detroit Auto Show from an Audi perspective.
As part of the plan, Audi asked me to host a video interview of AoA President Johan de Nysschen on the stand shortly after the A6 was revealed where we asked him many questions provided by fans of Audi via Facebook and Twitter as well as fans of the other websites (including this one) who also contributed to the effort.
Given the video went out live to Facebook I wasn't expecting Johan to throw out some nuggets to the viewership and I'm happy to say I understimated his interest in doing so. And while he didn't offer up free RS 5s for viewers he did hint at the possibility of future models such as an RS 4 and a bit more. Want to know more? Watch the video (linked below).
