Volkswagen of America today announced that they had launched a Spanish-language version of their website. The new site will provide Spanish speaking customers with a comprehensive online shopping experience.

“The goal of the site is to provide broader access to the Volkswagen experience and deliver brand information and tools in formats that are most useful to our consumers,” says Vinay Shahani, VP Marketing VoA.

The site facilitates shopping across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Customers can see the full range of products, access shopping tools, customize vehicles, and even have a live chat with a Spanish speaking dealer or customer care rep.

The site is also a learning tool for curious customers. It feature lots of brand information including vehicle detail and spec, dealer locations, inventory search, current offers, and service.

“Spanish speakers are an incredibly important part of our customer base,” says Shahani. “We continue to evolve the online experience to allow VW customers to learn more about the brand and experience the full line of vehicles across multiple platforms.”
