the bolt should come off easily with an impact wrench, then you just press the impeller off the shaft.

i had to heat my impeller to get it to come off after removing the nut

you can use a heat gun, or even a torch, but be careful to heat it evenly.
and even with heat, you will still need to PRESS it off and back on.

i used a heat gun to get it off. when i re installed it i baked it in a oven @ 250 for a few minutes and it slid right on with no problem http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

well the heat gun method worked i took off the impellar and then the washer then the clip and so fourth but the bearing type seal has to be pressed out im assuming? also does the rear cover have to be removed?
