What kind of times could you expect out of a chipped vr6 w/aftermarket exhaust, intake, and header?

low 15's, close to a 15 flat, with good traction. Depends on the driver. Stock VR6's will run mid 15's or so...
Re: vr6 1/4 mile question (Slapshotnerd)

I know a guy who did similar time with the same setup, only he took out his intake and passenger side headlight.

with that setup you'll run at least a high 14. i/c/e is all you need for 14's, and a good launch.

gorgeous GTi, but is that muffler for real? oh man.. that's.. damn. heh heh.
Re: vr6 1/4 mile question (Majik6)

I agree, I don't like the muffler anymore. It was an idea I had about 4 years ago, and I drew it up on AutoCad. So, my buddy with the stainless steel shop did it up for me. I put it on, and thought............
That's a little big!
Anyway it's coming off this season in place of a straight side exit pipe, which will be cut on a slant coming out the driver's side!
It doesn't look as bad in person, as it does in the picture.

Obviously with a bit of weight reduction too? Or were you runing full interiour?
My Passat ran a 15.7 @ 93.2 with a nospeed chip and 9" pflo. You mk3'ers better be quicker than 15.2 with the same setup!!!
