Vr6 2.9l exhaust manifold

I got a 2.9l exhaust manifold for a vr6 used for 2 months looking for around $290. I also have a couple of other things i would like to get rid of:
gasket matched exhaust manifolds 4 months old $180
GIAC chip: $250
BFI motor mounts never used still in box $200
