VR6 Cams: How hard to do

Ok guys how difficult is it to do a set of cams on a VR6... could someone give me a complete run down on how to do it. I am mechanically inclined and have a full shop. I just need to know how difficult this is and how long it takes on average.

Try 12V VR6 forums,thats what they're there for.
