The question is can I buy the VW Sport springs for the Jetta and put them into my GTI??? They are the 1.8T Manual Jetta springs and my car is 1.8T manual GTI???? the serial numbers on the VW website have them under.
1J5-071-677-B-DSP Jetta
1J0-071-677-B-DSP Gti
Wonder if it would work since both cars have identical suspension and frame and weight of engine??????

We can rephrsase this question as:
"The part numbers look the same. Is 1J5 the car code for the Jetta and 1J0 the car code for the Golf? Because the part number suggests the same part".
I have no idea if the springs are different for the two models but I really doubt it.
