I'm pretty impressed by it. Throttle response is improved and there is more power down low. The sound is changed as well. When just cruising there's no difference, but when you start to stand on the throttle it growls pretty nicely. The DV is pretty clear sounding too.
If anyone has a good digicam (mine sux) and you want to take some pix of it let me know and we'll get together and take a few shots - where the filter sits, where it snakes down etc. You can check gtiracerguy's pic post for a shot of it installed.
