dan (djsilvera's) gf is comming into town on friday. (she's been in london for a couple of months) last nite we were talking and we'd thought it'd be hillarious if we could get a large group of people to be there when she gets off the plane.
of course it's going to cost $$$ to park @ the airport (only the first 1/2 is free)
atleast you'll get to see all the national guardsmen carrying around machine guns if you haven't seen that yet (it was kinda wierd the first time i went to bwi after 9-11)

sure, I guess if you already posted it I'll 'go along with it.' um, she's really cute. problem is, her plane gets into bwi at 610pm. So its pretty shortly after work. But hey, cute chick and dubs. why not.

If you go, make a big sign welcoming Miss Norway or something like that. Have a couple people bring cameras and act as press photographers. We did that to a friend of ours in college and she ended up kissing babies and signing autographs.

you got the idea. The gist of it is that we want to surprise her in a humorous way. The effect would be compounded since she totally hates GTIs (she's a car elitist - only likes alfas and ferraris, maybe corrados). I figure many guys with large signs would be pretty funny. And it would help me...um, be happy. wanna join us?

Since its the international gate you get to sit in a big open area and watch a flood ov people come out. At least you dont have to worry about security checkpoints as you where never allowed past the gate without a ticket.

actually if u want to get technical... just becuase of the burst feature doesnt make it a machine gun. machine guns are fully automatic, like the m249 Squad Automatic Weapon or the M60. the weapons the national gaurd and army use are only m16s. even though yes they do have the burst feature... u can only squeeze off 3 rounds which, u guessed it, only qualifies the weapon as a semi automatic not a fully automatic. thus making the m16 not a machine gun.
