I was driving home fm Lake Tahoe, to San Diego yesterday, when i had to put on Snow Chains, well about 2 minutes later, the Worn Brake Bad light, ASR, ABS lights came on and wont shut off, i dont think i need to worry but wanted to check here anyway, BTW car has 7500 miles on it if that is of any help. Well thanks for any input

its possible that the abs line may have been snagged on the chains.

Umm, is that bad, cause i still drove it like 600 miles after those lights came on (was only in Garderville at that time)? Brakes still work. On the bright side have to take it in for its 10k checkup on Wensday. Thanks for the inputs

Well other than your ASR and ABS not working anymore I don't think it would cause any major problems.

I'd definitely have the dealer check it out to see if the chains caused any damage. What sort of chains were you using? Cable-chains?
