Water leak from the plastic triangle by side mirror!

hello, anyone else experience this? how do i fix this?

every time it downpours, my footwell is soaked. the dealership techs said this is a common problem with these cars, any feedback would be great.

you sure its not overflow from your rain tray going into your fresh air vent

if it is clean that stuff out. had the same problem then cleaned all the dead leaves and stuff outta there. problem has yet to come back
usually flooded on the passenger side right?

forgot to tell you guys, driver side. the leak is not from hood area.

Mine would leak on the passenger side from the seatbelt track. The drain hose came disconnected from the sunroof drain on that corner.
