I would take the WRX in my garage any day (but it has a little german in it). That and an RX-7 would be nice or a skyline.

Re: We all love our mk3's ... (Thorax_Embalmer)

I'd get the type R because i think that they are beautiful cars...plus i'm not exactly the canyon carver your crazy ass is.
Besides, for me there's just something dead sexy about the sound of a B18C5 with an intake hittin VTEC. Thats just me though. I love pretty much all nice japanese cars, but i'd still take an E36 M3, or an audi S4 or even a Mk3 over one anyday. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
Oh yeah, i forgot the AE86....schweet car!
BTW- Stealth, i remember Slapshotnerd saying a while ago that your shift point was like 7500 rpms. What kind of chip do you have? Does it eliminate the rev limiter? I'm still waiting for you to send me some canyon vids dood
Oh yeah, and you can still kiss my @$$

Re: We all love our mk3's ... (Nite Ryder)

i have an autotech chip...i have taken it very high into the rpm range...but i have changed certain things so i dont shift past 7000 now...with my cam gear all the way adjusted for bottom end...i feel it pulling strong all the way to 7000...i just red did my exhaust system with bigger piping and removed my resonator...that helped it breath a little more so i did notice a gain in bottom end and i dont need to rev the engine out to get the same speed as i did before when i was shifting way higher.....if you are wondering what mods i have
autotech chip, 272 camshaft, autotech adjustable cam gear, open element cone filter, 2 2/4 piping without the resonator...
the duration of the camshaft is 272 but the lift is beyond normal...that has to do with the rpms being higher also...anyhow i still have a ****tload of stuff to get together...

Re: We all love our mk3's ... (STEALTHDEMONDUB)

well I would go for the Yamaha prototype car that was a one seater. I think it was in last months EVO magazine?
I can't remember thee name, but the car was like 1800 lbs. or somewhere near there. (sorry I can't be so specific, I only saw it once for about 30 seconds)
#2 would be a Skyline R34
#3 would be a Subaru B4 completely modified (as my daily driver)
Is the Sileighty the SVT here? If so, my brother has one. Too bad it only came in automatih here. It's pretty fast though and has good top speed.

Re: We all love our mk3's ... (JPawn1)

the sleighty or "sileighty" some would call...is the nissan version of the silvia and 180... the SVT is a subaru..different model....the Sleightly is Rwd turbo...the Svt is Awd and i dont recall if it came in a turbo model...but it might have... the SVT production average of automatics made was high...you wont find too many manuals in an svt... very rare
