[1999.5_vR6-homies mk4?]

so I noticed a sound that sated happing when I'm up in 3000+ RPMs it sounds like something grinds or releases pressure when I disengage the clutch. I replaced my CSPS and my engine light turned off but the noise still happens my dad says it's probably the lifters but I'm not sure and want some opinions. IF you need more info I'll answer any of your questions.
