Well I am having problems finding the struts that take an insert. So how safe do you think it would be for me to have a very good welder remove the perches and then have custom ones re welded? Would this be possible or would the strut be ruined by the heat? Any ideas or suggestions? I know I can do it on the housing but I have the sealed KONI`s so Im a bit nervous as to exploding them.
Thanks
Kyle

i wouldnt do it.
when i have used just a little heat on a gas shock, to loosen up a bolt or something, it makes the gas/oil in the shock bubble out the top.
plus there is the chance of exploding it.

I'm sorry Kyle, apparently I have NO CLUE what your talking about. Are you looking for an adjustable spring perch or are you talking about revalving your struts? What do you mean when you say "insert". Am I getting close? I'd like to help you out but I'm lost.
