Well I finally got my 25th anniversary wheels, but one was scratched during shipping?

I put them on today and they look awesome! I just have one question. Is it possbile to polish out little surface scatches on bbs wheels?

man that sucks! I am paying the person who i bought wheels from extra $$ to pack them with cloth and bubble wrap
