Went to dealer and they told me PSI charge valve causing CEL

My check engine light has come on twice now, once before my HKS BOV was installed and once after. Both times it came on right at the moment the car drops in idle when first started(guessing this is the choke) So I went to the dealership yesterday and they told me that the code read: "Charge PSI valve failure" Uhm.... I know its not the HKS BOV, what could be causing this?

try using the stock or using another dv, se what happens
any other codes?
