how screwed am i if i get in an accident and the air bag light is on? mine is on what does this mean and how do i fix it.....it started when i took my cluster out....tia

when mine comes on i just slap the dash and it goes away. i don't know what to do about fixing it other than pulling the bulp. nothing shows on the VAG-COM so I guess it's working properly. anybody know what this could be?

well first i would check to see that your connections are secure behind the cluster. if they are.. remove the power off of the battery, wait 15 mins and then hook back up.
