Aftermarket headlights? I read that putting small moisture absorbing pouches into headlight housing helps to get rid of this.

Nope Oem lighting package.

I've been told its "normal" since they are not sealed depending on weather . Its even in the owners manual but no one reads that lol

All LED so no opening behind the headlight from what i've seen.

Pretty sure any of these cheaper options aren't available for BSM cars. BSM aspherical is normally like $45-50 per mirror.

Yeah don’t think those would work on my Alltrack.

You don't need BSM with aspherical mirrors. No BS. But you still need to aim them right. If you can see more than a sliver of the side of your car, they need to be aimed more outward.
