Just wondering that some VR's are modded with six throttles in some euro magazines....like the BMW M3....but it seems that the throttles on those vr's are not actually opening at different rates like the M3...so what kind of gains do u really get from it? I assume that since those cars have lost a tuned manifold...it'll have really little low end torque but alot of high end...correct????

Yeah, the throttle bodies that I've seen in VR6 applications are definitely of the non progressive type. More or less an on off switch, definitely not for daily driving, imo. But, it does remove and impossible intake restrictions and allows the maximum amount of air possible into the head. As you mentioned, the motor will definitely be tuned for higher rpms with the short intake runners after the tb's as well.

Ok, first off, have a great knowlege about engines, tuning, and the VR6 in general. Purchase and install TB kit and a stand along engine management to run them. Use your knowlege and expertise to make it all work. It's that easy.
