What do you guys think about 1997 Saab 9000 Turbo?

A friend is thinking about this car as a daily drive (has a Boxter for weekends):
1997, CS Turbo, 82K miles, all the options, a 3 year/45K miles warranty is available for added price.
8K $.
Would you buy it?
What do you know about the car?

Your best bet would be to ask on a Saab forum, a place like http://www.saabnet.com or http://www.saabcentral.com - those places are crawling with people who could help you out.
