[scsi]

after much work w/ Photoshop and trying to make this look as real as i could, here it is. the only thing different about it is that i took out the top layer of the tail lights.

I just wonder how much that is going to be, for the body work, labor and all? Plus, where are they going to put your "brake lights?" You know how fickle out D.O.T. laws are here

Don't like it. I think it disrupts the flow of the rear design.

Well, here's the deal. It looks absolutley great...and if you want to know how it gets done, let me know.
The Mk3 Golf guys have been doing this for years......it takes some serious trimming and good metal work.
Mostly, I like it simply because now the tails line up with the crease in the trunk.

My thoughts exactly. The Jazz Blue color and smoked tails brought me back to Dave Schouster/ Eastside MK3 Jetta Coupe.

What is wierd is that I have to look again a few times i realize the top is not there. My brain keeps following up from the bottom till the top as if there was still the OE bora lights there...wierd stuff.
