Quality is a vague term.
Would you care to specify if you mean:
-reliability
-workmanship
-fit and finish
-quality of materials

Overall perception of quality, and that means everything that means quality to you, the car enthusiast.
Perceived quality means different things to different people (i.e., it could be fewest problems, best fit and finish, knowledge of Consumer Reports and J.D. Power ratings, or a mix of all these and more).
