What good is a Euro injection system for CIS / CIS-E?

Could anyone tell me why someone would want Euro injection on their A2? How would your car benefit from it, and is it as hard to repair a Euro fuel distributor as it is an American one?

Is there anything visually different betweent the euro and NA injection? if there is I might have euro injection, I got my car in Germany it was half built to CDN spec, it might have the euro injection.

euro cis has no wires going into it, making it mostly a mechanical setup, less things to go wrong, it has no O2 sensor, it also wont lean out like cis-e, i have cis in my golf and love it,
