why did the ft/lbs just drop like that...it smelt like the clutch was kinda burning, but i could be wrong anyone got any ideas on what i might be....could it be because i was running 89 octane instead of 92 and there was some pinging

Looks normal to me too. Your power (hp) kept growing to about 6k. Torque doesn't stay up all the way to redline in most engines.

al you really need is one curve or the other -- torque or hp...because in every instance,
torque(when measured in ftlbs) = hp*5250/RPM
thus when measured in this way on a graph with equivalent lines for foot pounds and hp, the lines will always cross at 5250RPM where torque will dip below HP.

wow...i didnt even know yes im chipped...that was a 13 hp loss or gain how ever you want to look at between the two octains...is the 92 octane or no
