Is it the frame that's bent, or only the sheet metal? Methinks the Ranger, like most pickups, is body on frame contstruction. I would guess, just by looking at it, that he ruined the structural integrity of the body panels by carving out the wheelwells. I can't tell from looking at it if the frame itself is bent, though.

I agree..it looks like the wheels are still upright and the frame is ok. Probably just the body.
Actually this is done all the time and all the happened was the bed could not take the landing since it structural integrity was taken away. He has installed shock hoops so that he could run longer shocks with external reserviors. Pretty much the same setup as the baja runners. This truck was built for dune jumping, he just needs to rethink his bed bracing or to get rid of it all together.
i can't believe there useing normal seat belts. or as best i can tell. id want a helmet, rollcage, and a harness style seat belt to be doing that stuff. im a wuss
