What is a good cam upgrade for the 1.8 16v?

I have a euro cam and I wanted to upgrade top something that is more aggressive.
Please post what you have, your experience with it, and how much $.

Techtonics has a damn good rep for 16V cams, as they offer great performance and are not aggresive at all.
