polyurethane motor mounts will improve engine response when you get on the throttle. instead of getting on the gas, having a slight delay and then moving, it will be a more direct feedback with stiffer motor mounts.
control arm bushings...lower or upper? polyurethane or rubber? anyway you get harder bushings for the suspension to make the suspension more rigid. Poly Bushings are sort of a PITA though because they tend to fail alot and they tend to make some noise. rubber bushings are what are on the car already.

depends on how hard you are on em, and how well you greased em. i've seen pics of poly bushings literally crumbling into dust when guys have pulled out suspensions.
could have been a bad set of bushings, but i'd rather not take the chance.
