i keep asking people if the vw rated hp of 115 is at the wheels or the flywheel, i keep getting different answers, i know that 115 isn't precisely correct, but i want to know, how much hp im really getting to the ground.

115 is @ the flywheel. With a 15% drivetrain loss, your looking @ about 97.75hp @ the wheels.

Had my car dynoed at 100 hp and 107 lb/ft torque.

The numbers at that time were for stock.
I did this last summer and wanted some real comparison numbers for before and after work. If you want to modify your car, then you really should get a baseline dyno number for your specific vehicle. As you can see, there are some different numbers that you'll hear. Also, you should try to go back to the same type of dyno machine and operator if at all possible.

Mine did 109.8 / 112 tq with cam (260°), chip, exhaust, and intake.
This will make it better.
