my mother just purchased a new 06 passat and i would like to give her my old wheels and i am not sure of the bolt pattern for the passat. are they a 5x100 or a 5x112? or are they something different? thanx for the help.

I don't know the bold pattern, but I did bolt up a set of B7 A4 wheels and they worked fine.

How do different/non-standard wheels work with the tire pressure monitoring? Or, do they just not work at all?

5x112 with a 35 offset (not too sure on the offset)
